We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for customized desktops. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to a maximum of 45 days for refunds.
You have 24 hours to cancel your order with us. Please inform us immediately about order cancellation.
All Vektra PCs come with 1 Year warranty and service. All original parts included with your Vektra PC will be covered for the entire warranty period.
If you encounter any hardware issue strictly related to your Vektra PC’s hardware that is covered by the warranty upon receiving or within 14 days after receiving, please contact us immediately to schedule for a return.
In case of any hardware related issue after the 14-day return period, your Vektra PC will be subject to standard RMA procedures for troubleshooting.
You need to send in your Vektra PC for any RMA or troubleshooting service if it cannot be resolved remotely. Customers must cover the courier charges for sending the Vektra PC to us and Vektra will then cover the courier charges for sending it back. Warranty will not cover outright physical damage to your Vektra Gaming PC or the components. Vektra is not responsible for any hardware related issues resulting from other components or peripherals not provided by or installed by Vektra. Vektra also does not bear any responsibility for any loss of data regardless of the usage is deemed normal or abnormal. Vektra will not be responsible for any software related issues but we will still try our best to provide some level of support for you. Warranty will not be considered for any damage from improper installation, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repair, adjustments, excessive electrical power or wear and tear. In an event where a replacement is needed for a component, it will be replaced by the same product or similar product depending on the availability and decision by Vektra.
