Shipping Policy

Local shipping is made through a courier company. Please allow up to 2 business days maximum for delivery. Standard delivery charge is 25.00 AED. Orders above 1,000.00 AED will have the delivery charge waived.

International shipping is handled by DHL. Rates and delivery ETA are calculated by DHL at the checkout.

In case of package being damage during transit, Vektra will not be held responsible for any damage to the goods.
