For eligible products, our Best Price Guarantee means that if you find the same product at a lower price from an eligible retailer, we will match that price. The following terms and conditions apply to all price match requests.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be identical to the one sold on our website — including brand, model number, colour, size, and specification.
- The lower price must be offered by an authorised, legitimate retailer operating in the same country/region.
- The competing product must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of the price match request.
- The price being matched must be the total advertised price, excluding any additional costs such as shipping, handling, or import fees.
- The request must be made prior to or at the time of purchase. We are unable to process price match requests after an order has been placed and confirmed.
3. Exclusions
The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Prices offered by third-party marketplace sellers (e.g. third-party listings on Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms).
- Clearance, liquidation, closeout, or end-of-line pricing.
- Limited-time flash sales, daily deals, or doorbusters.
- Prices resulting from typographical or pricing errors.
- Bundle offers, package deals, or prices that include trade-in values.
- Products sold by unauthorised resellers or grey market importers.
- Auction or bidding-style pricing.
- Membership-based pricing (e.g. wholesale clubs or subscription services).
- Prices in a different currency or from international retailers.
4. How to Submit a Price Match Request
To request a price match, please get in touch with our customer service team with the following information:
- Your name and order details (if applicable).
- The product name, model number, and a link to the competing retailer's listing.
- A screenshot or clear evidence of the lower price, including the date it was captured.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to verify the competing price before approving any price match.
5. Approval & Application
Price match requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. If approved, the price difference will be applied as follows:
- For purchases not yet completed, the matched price will be applied at checkout.
- We do not offer retrospective price matching on completed orders.
We reserve the right to decline a price match request if it does not meet the conditions outlined in these terms.
6. Limitations
- Price matching is limited to one request per product, per customer.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities on price-matched items.
- This guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount code, or voucher unless otherwise stated.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
