1. How does Vektra handle software updates for their pre-built PCs?

All necessary updates such as motherboard firmware (BIOS), operating system and drivers are initially done same time with benchmark test prior sending the pre-built PCs to our customer to assure system stability.

2. Can Vektra pre-built PCs be used for purposes other than gaming, such as streaming or content creation?

As our end-user's requirements is our priority, our team is communicating to determine what is the exact purpose of the system build and recommending the best proportional components to assemble to meet and optimized the PC as per required purpose.

3. Do Vektra pre-built PCs come with any pre-installed games or software trials?

Vektra Pre-built PC's come with the starter TRIAL operating system with pre-installed game launchers and other standard application requested by the end user. Any paid subscription or genuine license are subject to be charged as per purchase.

4. What cooling systems are used in Vektra pre-built PCs?

Vektra pre-built PC's thermal cooling solution are one of our specializations. We do custom hard tubing loops and All-in-one liquid solutions. We recommend the best proportional products to our end-users to meet the best thermal solution for their systems whether the system is for gaming, productivity, or industrial.

5. Do Vektra pre-built PCs support dual or multiple monitors?

Majority of the new generation graphics card and motherboards now support multiple outputs. Vektra PCs are multiple display ready systems.
