Shipping policy

Local/Domestic shipping is made through a third-party courier company. Please allow up to 2-3 business days maximum for delivery. Standard delivery charge is 25.00 AED. Orders above 350.00 AED will have the delivery charge waived.

International shipping is handled by DHL or Fedex. Customers can choose what shipping method they prefer on the checkout page. Estimated Shipping charges as accessible on the cart page and on the checkout page.

IMPORTANT: International Taxes & Duties
All applicable customs duties and taxes for international shipments are collected at checkout. This means you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery. Vektra Computers LLC handles the necessary customs clearance through our courier partners.Please note that the final charges are based on the regulations of the destination country.

In case of package being damage during transit, Vektra will not be held responsible for any damage to the goods.
